Our team has been working hard to bring you improvements to Klout that will help you continue to influence your world, and to better understand how you’re doing that. Here’s an update about some of the enhancements we’ve made to Klout for our users.

Updated Dashboard
The Klout dashboard plays an important role in helping our users understand how they’re influencing the people they’re connected to on the social web. Based on feedback we’ve received from all of you, we’ve updated the Klout dashboard to give it a simpler, cleaner look.

Instagram Video Moments
Last week, Instagram introduced video. Our team has ensured that interactions from Instagram videos will be included in your Klout score and your influential video moments will be displayed on your Klout profile. You can also play your top Instagram videos directly from your profile.

Vine would have been a better choice than Instagram video – most people tried Instagram, went back to Vine. Cooler, snappier, loops at the end and never ends. More fun. Shorter duration. Works better with Twitter on any mobile including the dreaded Blackberry who won’t show Instagram vids properly.

as for the updated Dashboard – can’t find anything useful to look at! Where are my friends – certainly not under friends tab – says none of my followers/friends are on Klout, yet shows them as influencers where I can click to see their full profile. Klout is becoming less and less relevant with each ‘improvement’.
